The Inglenook plan

Based on the main level of our wildly popular X - 9 model this plan is a true one and 1/2 design.  The upper floor consists of oversized web based attic trusses enhanced with three attic dormers projecting through the roof line to provide light, ceiling height and architectural design.

Amazingly enough, this home still boasts FOUR bedrooms upstairs, the laundry conveniently located in the owner's closet and a two person shower stall.  The main level may remain exactly like the X - 9 model home's layout but below we offer an alternative design with a 3/4 bath on the main level and extra space that allows the home office to double as a fully functioning bedroom.  Great for the occassional guest or if stairs are an issue.
