The Renaissance Model was recently created to offer an affordably priced single level plan with the convenience of the bedrooms up, rather than down. This home utilizes a creative attic truss and dormer framing to create wonderful two story space above without the massing of a traditional two story.

The exterior borrows from the fanciful Hansel and Gretel story of our Neverland home an all-time favorite of our Main Street clients. The main level is open with huge window scapes to the rear. With the addition of only a couple of columns and arches, this home could utilize the architectural details as room separation and to add that old world charm that so many of our clients love!
