The Gardeners Cottage
The Gardener's Cottage is a fabulous addition to our Nexus series of home plans. Incorporating the kitchen and its unique and cozy seating niche, this home captures the allure of our current Hudson model in a Rambler style design. Paay special attention to the fabulous storage areas in this home. There are SIX closets on the main level - two of them walk-in and including a PANTRY.

Bluestem River
Main Street has created another new single level plan - designed for the active lifestyle of today. Tired of walking up and down the stairs in your dated two story? The Bluestem River is a fabuous new plan that combines the openness and architectural detailing that Main Street is known for. The center island becomes the hub of this plan with a large bistro seating area encouraging friends and family to gather around.
Complete with a walk-in pantry, drop zone mud room area and a main level laundry, this is the perfect home to grow old in. A large family recreation space awaits the children and grandchildren below and the holiday storage closet is perfect for all your seasonal storage needs.
Whistlers Retreat
Here is fun new plan that incorporates the FORMAL DINING ROOM. Although this room has been merged with the eat-in kitchen and formalized with wood floors over the last few years, Whistler's Retreat retains the separation of the Formal Dining while still giving room for a large kitchen table and an island with seating!
The plan is dynamically open and the owner's suite is nicely hid with its own alcove - a great spot to display artwork or place bookcases. The shower is shown as a two person - walk-in style, however, the plan can be easily adapted to include a tub. Additional bedrooms and finishing available in the lower level.
Prairie Sunset
Now here is a plan that has a screen porch included in the base price and no need to worry about trying to add one later! We are having much fun with island shapes and sizes these days, notice the large bistro end that this plan is sporting. The master bedroom is shaped to allow for a great positioning of the bed while leaving ample area in front of the windows for chairs, a reading table, or a small couch.
Noone has ever told us that their closet was too big, but look at the closet here! There is room for a dressing table and you could also cleverly light this room with stained or frosted glass set in the interior windows!

Renaissance Courtyard
This plan, part of our Renaissance series of single level and story and 1/2 homes, is destined to be a best seller. This version, created for homesites where we must be cautious about width and front loading garages, is shown here with a courtyard loading garage. There is a simple purity about how the main level lays out and the openness of the plan can be enhanced by running the wood floors through the Family Gathering Area or conversely it can be further defined with the addition of columns and arches as shown.
As a single level, the ceilings over the family room can easily be raised and an impressive windowed wall can allow you to capture the sunlight and the views of your back yard. This plan can easily fit within a craftsman, cottage or traditional vernacular, depending on your interior preferences.
Blueberry Hill Lodge
The Blueberry Hill Lodge is the flagship of our Single Level plans designed for todays active lifestyles. Careful attention has been paid to creating a footprint that is gentle on the earth yet filled with the richness of nature. The whole main level is hewn with hardwood flooring and a tremendous stone fireplace stretches from the lower level past the 11' plus ceilings on the main level.

Acadian Meadow
Ok, here is a 3 bedroom Rambler with all the bedrooms on the same floor. This gives you the option to not finish the lower level of place this home on a beautiful piece of ground that may not allow for light in the lower level but will allow you to easily access your back yard! This plan has the charactistic openness punctuated by columns and arches of the other plans in our Renaissance series. All the rooms are ample in size and enhanced by their openness and our careful attention to detail.
