Model Home Locations

Main Street Builders does not build model homes.  We build homes for clients, one step at a time.  A model home is, after all, a mortgage payment and we prefer to keep our overhead low a to pass on the savings to you.

We DO, however offer a great discount program, if the home we build for you is timed to coincide with the Spring or the Fall Parade of Homes.

Our Next Home will be at 10138 Tapestry Bend in Lake Elmo.
Look for us in March of 2012.
