West Lakeland

The owner's of this West Lakeland two story needed additional space for their teenage daughters to entertain their friends and for Dad to be able to watch football on the big screen.  Mom wanted the walkout basement to reflect the elegant styling they carefully designed on the upper two floors. Main Street added a second kitchen for slumber and football parties with columns and arches leading to the workout room.



The tile floors allowed for easy clean-up and the added comfort of in-floor heating!



More arches and FOUR strategically placed flat screen TV's.  Who needs to go to a sports bar, when it is at home waiting for you.



The fireplace is surrounded by more columns, arches and functional built-in cabinetry.
