The Jumping Woods Plan

The Jumping Woods plan is the latest in the flurry of creative activity within Main Street.  Designed to fit the streetscape of traditional architecture neighborhoods like Heritage Greens, Inspiration and Victor Gardens, this plan functions as an awesome country home as well.

Careful attention has been made to cater to the woman of the home with a plethora of storage areas and options while giving ample care and consideration to the master retreat and luxurious bath.  Entering from the garage, your children can sit on the bench to take off their boots and then skedaddle into the storage closet which has a combination of basket storage, hanging space and a full wall of shelves.

A message center awaits your purse, cell phone or the occasional bag of groceries and you can stop to check the marker board for scheduling updates.   Past the thick wall arched opening you entry the nexus of the home.  Inside this Central Alcove, the stairway reaches for the upper level and sunlight pours down from the stairway window.  On your left is a barrel arched alcove, perfect for a bench seat, bookcase, butler's pantry, display area or other interior creation. 

The kitchen is open to the family gathering area and the large island is rounded at each end for when friends stop by and everyone gathers in your kitchen.  The dining area is sunroom style with windows on all three walls.

Upstairs there is room for 3 nice family bedrooms and tucked back away from the bustle of the main level and the owner's suite is a combination bonus room or jumbo sized fourth bedroom/ guest room.
