The Bungalow XLS is currently our most affordably priced home plan at only $224,900.  This home is a tremendous value with three full bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths AND an flexible bonus room for informal family gatherings or a 4th bedroom.  The exterior is classic bungalow through and through but the inside is open and really rocks.  A previous version of this home earned Main Street the coveted Reggie and People's Choice Award in 2007.
