inside view of how everything operates. Besides being the preferred lender for both the
Construction and Permanent financing during the initial build cycle, I also have had the
pleasure of being able to provide on-going refinancing and portfolio manangement work

I can attest to the proficiency and professionalism that I have experienced with Mark Sova
and Mainstreet. The biggest problems people run in to when building a home are
unexpected pricing overages and construction delays. When Mainstreet gives a price
it is acurate; when Mainstreet gives a completion date, the home is done! Unfortunately,
this is not true for many builders in our market, but it is true with Mainstreet.
Additionally, whenever I assist a Mainstreet customer months or years after they have
been in their home, I hear nothing but praise as to how happy and satisfied they are
with their home and with Mainstreet. I also see very good appreciation rates with the
homes when we do new appraisals.
